Conference housing (as well as all lectures and poster sessions) will be on the beautiful and spacious grounds of St. John's College, adjacent to
central Cambridge. The deadline for housing reservations at St. John's College is July 9, 2004. If you are still in need of housing after July 9, 2004, please contact the conference organizer.
Participants are strongly advised to book their accommodation at the same time as registering for the Conference. Accommodation cannot be booked
later than two weeks before the conference, and in particular, participants should note that it will not be possible to arrange accommodation at St.
John's after arriving in Cambridge.
It is the policy of the St. John's College conference facilities to not allow children under the age of 16 to either stay in the rooms, or eat in the
halls. The conference organizers apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Each room is equipped with central heating, wash basin, tea and coffee making facilities, shaving point, towels and toiletries. Bathrooms, WC's and shower rooms are shared between two or three delegates. Please see the St. John's Conference Accommodations link below for more details.
Housing Rates
The below rates cover five nights accomodation (July 24 - July 28, 2004), full English breakfast every morning, as well as dinner on July 25, 26, and 27. The opportunity exists to book rooms for extra nights before and after the conference. Before the conference, rooms are available for reservation for July 23, 2004 only. After the conference there are rooms available until the following weekend.
Please note that while the registration fees will increase with time, the housing fees are set by St. John's College and will remain steady until the
housing reservation deadline on July 9, 2004, assuming availability.
