Guidelines for Submitted Abstracts

If you are going to present a poster, it is necessary to provide us with an abstract of the research you will be presenting for printing in the Book of Abstracts. Each participant will be provided 120cm x 120cm of space to display the poster. The abstract must conform to the following guidelines:

  1. The text of the abstract should be roughly 1/2 a page. Excessively long submissions will be edited to fit in the book.
  2. All submissions should include a title and a list of authors (with the presenting author indicated with an asterisk) with their current addresses.
  3. Please do not include figures with abstracts
  4. All abstract submissions must be received by June 1, 2004 for printing in the Book of Abstracts. Late submissions will not be included.

If you are planning to give a poster at the conference, it is preferable that you submit your abstract at the same time you register, be it via post mail or online. However, should you choose to submit your abstract at a later date, you may do so by either mailing your abstract to the address below, or submitting it electronically using the below form.

Please note: do not use this form if you haven't registered for the conference. The registration form has a section for abstract submission as well.
