A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been booked at preferential rates for the Conference. The suggested hotels below are all situated in the city centre. The Conference venue is easily accessible by public transportation from all these hotels.

Reservation will be made on a first come first served basis. Should the required hotel be fully booked, an alternative in the same price category will be offered.

Please kindly note, that any reservation can be finalized only after having received the payment as given below.

According to the payment policy of the hotels two nights deposit should be paid upon reservation and balance payment should be paid latest till 15th of April. The extras like (minibar, phone etc.) can be arranged at the hotel directly upon departure.

The four-star Danubius Grand Hotel Margitsziget, built in 1873 on Margaret Island - the island of parks in the centre of Budapest - reflects the turn-of-century atmosphere of a hundred years ago.
